Make an Appointment -
Use the location dropdown to specify where the appointment will take place. Selecting a different location will reload the appointment dates and times that are available to be booked.

Make an appointment in 3 steps. Step 1: Select a staff member. Step 2: Select an available date. Step 3: Select an available timeslot.

Student Tech Help Appointments

Schedule an appointment for one-one-one assistance with your technology needs. Tech help includes assistance with:

  • How to use a laptop or Chromebook checked out from the library
  • How to use Canvas
  • How to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint or Los Rios Google Apps

Appointments must be scheduled 24 hours in advance and may last up to 30 minutes. Appointments will be held in-person at the Library (L-231). Scroll down to the appointment area to schedule your appointment.

Los Rios Tech Support Hotline

If appointment hours don't fit your schedule or you have a quick question, try the Los Rios Tech Support Hotline. Calls coming in outside of CRCs regular tech support appointment hours will be re-routed to another tech specialist in the district.
